These terms govern your use of Switchbox (the "Service"), a feature-flag service operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Switchbox lets you define feature flags and targeting rules and delivers them to your applications from a content-delivery network. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may evolve over time. While in early access, features may change and availability is not guaranteed.
You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the projects, flags, rules, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver Your Content to operate the Service. You're responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.
We work to keep the Service reliable (see our status page) but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
Some features may require a paid plan. When paid plans are available, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout and handled by our payments provider. Free-tier limits and quotas may apply and may change.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account settings (see our Privacy Policy for what deletion reaches). We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Feature flags affect how your application behaves — you are responsible for testing your own configuration before relying on it in production.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. (Switchbox is a pre-launch product run by an individual; this section will be updated with a specific governing law and venue before general availability.)
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
